Why Priker

In industrial procurement, finding a supplier is only part of the job.

When one party finds the part, another ships it, a third clears customs, a fourth inspects it and a fifth finances it — you get five invoices and no one accountable for the process.

Priker brings all of these under one contract. We take full responsibility for the outcome until the goods are in your hands.

Services

What we handle

Five pillars. One team. No gaps.

Turn a parts list into a landed order

We own the requisition end to end — qualify the market, verify the vendor, negotiate the terms, and check the goods before they ship.

  • Supplier search and vetting — audited manufacturers and authorised distributors, not directory listings.
  • BOM analysis with certified alternatives for obsolete and long-lead positions.
  • Negotiation on price, lead time, warranty and payment terms.
  • Quality control and a complete document set verified before dispatch.

Engineer the part before you buy it

Our engineers read the drawing, not only the part number, so what arrives fits the build, the standard and the programme behind it.

  • Drawing and datasheet review against the application, not the catalogue line.
  • Certified alternatives where a position is obsolete, allocated or long-lead.
  • Samples and first-article checks before a full batch is committed.
  • Direct access to manufacturer application engineers where a part needs one.

One waybill from the factory floor to yours

Freight, consolidation and customs move as one plan on our account, so a delay on one leg does not become a search for who owns it.

  • Air, sea and road, booked and consolidated across every supplier on the order.
  • Customs, duty and export screening handled end to end.
  • One tracked process from dispatch to final delivery.
  • Title stays with us until the goods are yours — the risk in transit is ours.

Hold the stock without holding the cost

Bonded and general storage sits on the routes we already run, with stock called off against your production schedule rather than a shipping date.

  • Bonded and general storage, with duty deferred until the goods are called off.
  • Kitting and repacking to the line’s own part numbers and batch sizes.
  • Call-off deliveries scheduled against your build plan.
  • Inventory counts and condition reports you can see rather than request.

Fund the order from our turnover

We pay the suppliers when they need paying and carry the order until it lands, so deposits stop sitting in someone else’s account for months.

  • Suppliers paid on their own terms, from our working capital.
  • You pay on agreed terms, against delivery rather than against a deposit.
  • One invoice for the whole order — parts, freight, duty and inspection.
  • No deposits parked with a factory for months before anything ships.

How we work

From your BOM to your dock, in six steps.

One team owns the order from the first enquiry to the final delivery note. Every stage has a named owner, a document trail and a date you can hold us to.

Step 1

Send the drawing, the BOM or just the part numbers. We come back the same day with the clarifying questions, and confirm what is missing before anything moves.

Step 2

We qualify the market for every position — audited manufacturers and authorised distributors, with certified alternatives where a part is obsolete or long-lead.

Step 3

One quotation covers parts, freight, duty and inspection, with the lead time each position carries. Nothing is ordered until you approve it.

Step 4

We hold the suppliers to the schedule and inspect at the factory before packing. You see the QC report and the document set before the goods leave.

Step 5

Air, sea and road booked and consolidated across every supplier on the order, with customs, duty and export screening handled end to end.

Step 6

Goods arrive at your dock on our account, with title ours until they do. Warranty claims and repeat orders stay with the same team.
